1.We recommend either yousendit.com, wetransfer.com or mediafire.com. All of the services are free to use. All you need to do is upload your files and send it to us. Please use novaoffset at mac.com (replace at with @).

2.Please email Nova that you have uploaded a new file to the servers. You will receive a confirmation email from Nova saying that we have received your file. In the event that you do not receive any response, please call immediately.
